Beginning on February 25 (after Ash Wednesday), we will gather on the five Wednesdays of Lent for midweek worship, weekly at 7:00 pm. This is a casual service that is held in the Fellowship Hall. Grounded by songs, scripture, and prayer we will be invited more deeply into the Lenten season. We hope that you'll take some time during this special season to join us.
This year's worship theme will have us exploring Jesus' Seven Last Words, the words he spoke to his followers and to God in his final hours on the cross before his death.
On each of these Wednesdays, there will be a Simple Supper served at 6:00 pm, before the worship service. There will be two choices of soup along with sandwiches or hot dogs each week. Serving will end at 6:45 to allow time for cleanup before worship.
After the midweek worship service, there will be fellowship time with cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate served.
